Project overview
A well-established New Jersey pizzeria chain needed a digital presence to compete. We designed and built a full mobile and web ordering platform from iOS, Android, and web with custom pizza ordering logic, multi-location support, and integration with their existing PDQ system. They went from no digital platform to one that holds its own against the big chains.
Problem
A growing workplace wellness platform had a product people wanted but a technical foundation that couldn’t keep up. We rebuilt it from the ground up: modernized architecture, resolved years of accumulated debt, and brought the platform to a standard that could handle enterprise-scale clients. Now we’re moving into the next phase, layering in AI-native features that weren’t possible before. The ceiling is gone.
