Project overview

An ongoing product partnership with a fintech company building a compliance-grade digital wallet platform operating across nearly all fifty states. We own the full technical stack; code, infrastructure, security, deployment so they can focus on strategy and growth. The engagement started as a focused build and has evolved into a long-term retainer.

What the product does

Workplace Wellness gives employees access to:

• Workout plans and fitness classes
• Hundreds of exercises with instructional videos
• Nutrition tracking and healthy recipes
• Stress-relief and breathing techniques
• Wellness tips and educational content
• Company competitions for both in-office and remote teams
• Apple Health integration

The goal is simple: make wellbeing more accessible, engaging and easier to practise consistently.

Built for the next stage

Behind the simple product experience is a complex data pipeline.

FastSail built the infrastructure to receive and process voice survey responses, store raw audio, transcribe responses using Cloudflare Workers AI, analyse sentiment and connect each result to the correct question and respondent without creating duplicate or conflicting data.

The result was a working MVP that could turn different workplace signals into meaningful organisational insight.
