Turning employee experience into actionable workplace insight
Employee burnout and workplace sentiment can be difficult for organisations to understand, especially when employees need to feel safe sharing their experiences. Kavari Health, formerly Ciyfr, was built to help organisations track employee burnout and sentiment anonymously, giving leadership a clearer view of how workplace culture and conditions affect their people.
What the product does
Kavari connects workplace tools and employee feedback to AI models that analyse organisational signals and surface meaningful insights. Its MVP included:
- A company dashboard for viewing organisational insights
- Data pipelines connecting external workplace applications
- Anonymous employee sentiment tracking
- Burnout index analysis
- Voice surveys and audio processing
- AI-powered transcription and sentiment analysis
This gives organisations a way to understand the factors contributing to burnout, identify issues within their work environment and make more informed decisions about improving workplace culture.
Built to turn complexity into insight
Behind the simple product experience is a complex data pipeline. FastSail built the infrastructure to receive and process voice survey responses, store raw audio, transcribe responses using Cloudflare Workers AI, analyse sentiment and connect each result to the correct question and respondent without creating duplicate or conflicting data. The result was a working MVP that could turn different workplace signals into meaningful organisational insight.
